Having captured the hearts of many with her stunning performances on screen and off-screen, Kathryn Bernardo’s fans have been keeping up with the actress's personal project that’s been ongoing since 2020. The construction of her dream home has been garnering a lot of attention, and the people have been eagerly awaiting updates! 

The home, expected to be finished sometime in 2023, is assumed to be located in Quezon City. Bernardo herself has not explicitly mentioned its location, but fans have found that her Mother, Luzviminda, tagged Quezon City back in July 2020, when the announcement of the passion project was first announced. The announcement hinted at new beginnings, while featuring pictures of both the Bernardo family along with actor Daniel Padilla holding shovels at an empty lot.

Since then, the actress occasionally posted updates regarding her dream home, and followed up with glimpses of the home in August 2021 and January 2022, showing only the foundations and the scaffolding. From the foundations alone, many friends, family, and fans could easily tell that the dream home was going to be a mansion-like home with a modern look and feel.

Sure enough, when the actress and her mother revealed just earlier this year the developments of her home, people were pleasantly surprised at how much progress they had made. After 3 years of planning and 3 years of construction, Bernardo’s latest Instagram post of her dream home uncovered that it was nearly complete, and is currently on its “final push” of construction. 

In the post, Bernardo visited her future home with her family and her pet dogs, and shared several spots inside the house, giving us a sneak peek of the large windows that overlook the city, and their high-ceilinged rooms.

Our latest update on the actress’ dream home is an aerial view of the mansion, with Min Bernardo standing front and center, proudly showcasing the developments of the home. The home itself, although still not being completely finished in its construction, is looking very modern and minimalist despite its gargantuan nature. Loved ones and fans are pleasantly surprised at the progress made, and are eagerly looking forward to the end result.
